Detester Magazine is a publication an organization dedicated to amplifying BIPOC youth activism and socio-political issues around the world. We truly believe that art and writing are powerful mediums for change. We want to amplify all voices that have something to express, whether it concerns politics, society, culture, mental health, environment, etc.. We aim to push past the endless single stories to deliver a picture that expresses distilled human emotions and diverse perspectives. We are youth-led and for youth. One fundamental pillar of Detester Magazine is artivism: the intersection between art and activism.
